The back side of my home was a mess. The inspectors missed so much and passed it all to me as the new homeowner. The water intrusion damage was severe. Barrett's team came out and knew exactly what needed to be done to correct everything and restore my home. A proper fix goes far beyond patching the outside, it requires opening things up, correcting the cause, and rebuilding the wall system the right way. Barrett's team found failed and missing flashing around my doors and deck, improperly installed siding, and an outdated window. They repair ed the structural damage, applied antimicrobial treatments, replaced the house wrap, siding, and installed a new freestanding deck with properly cemented supporting beams. When exterior water intrusion is repaired correctly, you’re not just fixing damage, you’re rebuilding a system that protects the home for years to come.
